Introduction

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Mixmind mobile application.

Your access to and use of Mixmind is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use Mixmind.

By accessing or using Mixmind you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access Mixmind.

Use

Mixmind have to be accessed and used only for lawful, authorized and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others to use) the service:

(a) in order to violate or misappropriate the functions of Mixmind, our users or third parties;

(b)unlawfully, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, offensive in racial or ethnic terms, or instigating or encouraging conduct that is unlawful or inappropriate, including incitement to violent crime;

(c) involving false, incorrect or misleading statements;

(d) to be someone else;

(e) to send illicit or non-permitted communications, bulk messages, automatic messages and the like; or

(f) in order to involve the non-personal use of the Services, unless authorized by me.

By using Mixmind, you agree to NOT use the chat for any other propose other than debating about the topic chosen in the new chat screen, and to not share any personal information thru the chat, including personal photos, personal documents and credit card numbers.

Termination

Your access to Mixmind may be terminated or suspended immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, or if we believe you were abusive towards other users, the community, or against Mixmind.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content

This service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the material you share with others, and all the responsibility of information you share with others through Mixmind is entire yours.

Links To Other Web Sites

The service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mixmind.

Mixmind has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mixmind shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Felipe Grinsztajn and should not be reproduced without my authorization.

Changes

I reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
